Ability To Properly talk to artists via beatstars messages

I believe beatstars is the instagram of producers and artists. The messaging part is limited and most of the we lose clients because they are limited on sending messages to us producers. Can this feature be unlimited, as it benefits all parties when sales are made. I strongly believe if this feature is unlimited, sales are higher. It becomes its own communication platform before directing eachother to emails or IG.
