Currently, there is no way to add a customizable FAQ section on the Pro Page.
Adding this feature would improve user experience by allowing creators to address common questions directly on their page, reduce support requests, and provide visitors with clearer information before making a purchase.
Every website has it nowdays, even you guys have it, but creators on the platform do not have access to the same functionality on their own pages.

A customizable FAQ on the Pro Page is a fair ask, and you're right that it's a standard expectation across modern storefronts. Letting creators answer common questions up front would certainly help.
It's something we'll certainly consider for the future. However, in the meantime, the blog post feature works well as a stopgap. You can drop your FAQs into a dedicated post and have that be presented on your ProPage.
