The ability to see what song a user/listener download would be great information for a seller to have. As of currently I only get a name and email to follow up on but not what they were actually interested in.
The export CVS button does not work for me when event = 'download'. It only seems to work for purchases.
More granular data would be appreciated as well. Number of listens, listen time, page visits. Right now these are only visible in charts rather than hard data such as spreadsheets or tables to review.

We certainly agree that deeper analytics, whether through CSV exports or directly within the product itself, would add a lot of value. While we don't have immediate plans to implement this, it's definitely something we'll be considering as we continue developing the platform.
