Can you please add sections to the "Upload New Track" area that allows us to provide proof that we made our music instead of having to get rejected first and it then being requested? I think if this is the way things are going to be, you should provide us options to avoid these issues as much as possible. Having to wait 1 week+ for a reply at times, this is highly inconvenient and inefficient for all of us.
We should be able to provide license for samples, upload screenshots or productions, whatever type of proof you guys usually ask for to address rejections, takedowns, etc.
If all of this stuff is provided ahead of time, you don't have to bother asking for it, you can just look and confirm what's needed right out of the uploaded files.
To add, do actual people review tracks that get rejected for "Potentially Matching With Other Tracks" in your system? I think they should if not because a lot of these rejections might get cleared up right away if a human did final reviews on potential matches.
Thanks, I hope this makes it to the right people! Best!!!!!
No problem at all. Thank you for your time!!!
Best Wishes!

Thank you for reaching out about this issue.
To make sure we provide you with the most helpful guidance, could you clarify whether you're experiencing problems with:
Publishing track submissions (for royalties)
Creating marketplace listings for your tracks
This distinction is important because each has different requirements. For marketplace listings, we rarely reject tracks unless there's a valid DMCA claim from another party. However, publishing submissions may require additional ownership documentation before approval.
Once we understand which process you're referring to, we can give you specific guidance on next steps and help resolve any issues you're facing.
Thanks for your patience, and we look forward to helping you get this sorted out.
